Yes. Each seller scans the QR code on the cover of their packet to create their own online store link, then shares it with family and friends to shop or donate.

For ZBest, supporters scan the QR code on the parent letter to go straight to the online store. Please note all ZBest online orders are delivered to the school for the student to distribute — so remember to add the organization and participant's name when ordering online.

Log in at shop.schoolshopping.org. The online website is available 5 days before your fundraiser begins.

• Your login School ID is on your cover/parent letter (example: SS7105).
• The default password is the group leader's last name, in lower case.

Collect all order forms. If you want the teacher's name on the boxes, separate the forms and clip them together by teacher.

• Butter Braid & Wooden Spoon: enter the paper orders into your online store spreadsheet.

Orders are labeled alphabetically by seller’s last name for an easy, simple pick-up. For catalog fundraisers, alphabetize the yellow copies by last name to give to each seller on delivery day.

Please have 2–3 people to help unload pallets — it takes approximately 15 minutes to unload one pallet.

Your group reconciles the money and deposits it into the group's bank account. BB West provides a sales report of the fundraiser and emails an invoice to your organization's contact. Make your check payable to BB West and mail it to:
